St. Florian Municipal Court handles all misdemeanors and traffic offenses within the city limits of the Town of St. Florian that were initiated by a St. Florian Police Officer.
St. Florian Municipal Court is located in the same building as the St. Florian Senior Center. The mailing address is 83 St. Florian Road, Florence, Alabama 35630. Court is held every third Thursday of the month, unless there is a holiday, then it will be the following Thursday.
The St. Florian Municipal Court Magistrates can be reached at 256-767-3690. Office hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00 am until 4:30 pm. Payments are accepted between 8:00 am and 4:30 pm. Cash, cashier’s checks, and money orders are acceptable methods of payment. We also accept debit/credit cards ( 4.5% processing fee).
Judge Nathan Hunt and the St. Florian Municipal Prosecutor, Jamy Poss, work part-time and are only available on court days.
If you are interested in going to Driving School, you MUST appear in court on your court date. Only the Judge can permit you to attend the driving school program.
