Oktoberfest Vendor Rules HOURS: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM on SATURDAY. Set up may begin at 12:00 PM on Friday. Any vendors that want to open their booths while the band plays Friday night, may open up after 5:00 PM and stay open until 7:00 PM.

VEHICLES WILL NOT BE PERMITTED IN THE VENDOR AREA BETWEEN 5:00 PM AND 7:00 PM ON FRIDAY NIGHT.

Booths must be set up and ready for business by 8:00 AM on Saturday and remain open until 6:00 PM. Any vendor who is not ready for business and/or who closes during festival hours will be asked to vacate space forfeit vendor fees. Vendors may begin dismantling their booths at 6:00 PM. However, VEHICLES WILL NOT BE PERMITTED IN THE VENDOR AREA UNTIL 6:30 PM AFTER ALL BOOTHS HAVE BEEN DISMANTLED.

MEDIA: No imports, commercial items, or kits. No drinks will be allowed for sale without prior approval. The Oktoberfest Committee holds the right to have an item or exhibit removed from the grounds which is determined to be in bad taste or has not been previously approved.

ALCOHOL & DRUGS: NO alcohol or drugs will be tolerated.

PETS: All pets MUST be on a leash except those that have been approved for exhibit purposes.

PROBLEMS: Direct all problems/concerns to any volunteer at the centrally located St. Florian booth and a town employee will see that it is addressed by the proper authority.

PARKING: All motor homes, travel trailers, and vehicles larger than a standard van will be prohibited. Vendors will be allowed to park standard vehicles in specified parking areas. No vehicles will be allowed at the Oktoberfest area once the Oktoberfest starts; this includes vendors, band members, volunteers, and all others. This rule is in place for the safety of all vendors and attendees.

SECURITY: Security will be on duty throughout the entire Oktoberfest event beginning Friday night. However, each craftsman exhibits all work at their own risk. The Oktoberfest Committee is not responsible for damage, theft, or loss of an individuals work.

FEES: Return Vendor Application form with an entry fee of $50.00 per booth. Checks should be made payable to: Town of St. Florian.

LIMITED ELECTRICITY IS AVAILABLE: If you require electricity, an additional charge of $25.00 should be added per vendor space. This request should be made with the vendor application.

SPACES: All booths must be approximately 10 x 10; with a 2’ easement between vendors. If a vendor requires more than a 10 x 10 space, we suggest that you consider two spaces. Any vendor requiring more than two spaces should contact the Town Hall to make arrangements. Vendors are responsible for anchoring their own tents. No stakes are allowed to be driven into the asphalt.

OKTOBERFEST IS AN OUTDOOR FESTIVAL AND WILL BE HELD RAIN OR SHINE. ALL FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

ALL VENDORS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR OWN ICE.

The Town of St. Florian requires that all vendors who will be part of the festival to fill out an application.

Upon approval, vendors will receive an approval letter along with a packet that will include: a car pass for loading and unloading, map of the premises, and additional information about the festival.

This year’s vendor location will be around the walking trail.
